刘士君，男，1960年4月出生于沈阳市铁西区。 从小就喜欢书法，修行、埋头草书，吸收了各家所长，形成了自己独特的风格。 多次获得全世界书法各奖项。
现任中国书法家协会会员、中国网络联盟艺术总监、中国人民艺术网客座教授、国家一级书法师。 被中国文联授予“德艺双馨艺术家”称号。
